Mr. Alberto Zummo is a distinguished professional with over 23 years of experience in the life sciences industry, having held key positions such as Research Hospital Operative Director, Life Science Managing Director, and Global Consultant in Life Sciences.
In December 2022, Mr. Zummo had the honor of delivering a speech at the United Nations in Geneva, showcasing a UK technology for producing drinkable water for humans and animals. Despite security concerns in 2023, his commitment to advancing life sciences remains unwavering.
In 2019, Mr. Zummo evaluated 48 innovative pharmaceutical and medical technologies from around the globe in less than 43 business weeks. His profound expertise spans the medtech and pharmaceutical sectors, working with scientists and companies to bring groundbreaking innovations to the forefront. Notably, he is driving a Canadian innovation with Fondazione Michelangelo to stimulate body response to chemotherapy, a California-based nano-sphere pre-filled syringe trial to reconstruct disc mechanical resistance, and a project involving a rectangular layer for debrided cartilages.

Mr. Dipesh Mistry is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Company Secretary (CS), Certified Member of The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), London, UK, and Certified Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA. A seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience spanning financial management and corporate compliance, including a decade of specialized expertise within the NBFC ecosystem, he brings deep proficiency in RBI regulations, taxation, SEBI guidelines, and financial structuring.
