Anand Wagh is the Technical Director at Prabhat Renewable Energy and Agro Ltd (PREAL), bringing over 20 years of deep experience in the renewable energy sector. He specializes in delivering large-scale utility solar projects with exceptional efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on even the smallest technical and execution details. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Anand actively guides on-field teams, mentors engineers and ensures that every site adheres to the highest technical and safety standards. His ability to combine strategic vision with ground-level insight makes him a driving force behind PREAL’s culture of excellence and reliability.

Maithilee Kadam

Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Sales)

Maithilee with 4.5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specializing in the Corporate & Industrial (C&I) sector and managing high–ticket-size clients. Responsible for strategic client targeting, end-to-end deal management, and driving corporate sales growth with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. With an MBA in Marketing, brings strong strategic insight that contributes directly to company growth and value creation. Key strengths include solar EPC sales, negotiation, client handling, and cross-functional coordination, enabling consistent and impactful sales performance.

Sameer Sayyed

Project Manager

Sameer Sayyed is a Project Manager at Prabhat Renewable Energy and Agro Ltd, bringing over 13 years of experience in delivering complex renewable energy projects. He specializes in managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects for on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar power systems across India, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and within defined timelines.​Known for his strong technical understanding and on-ground execution capabilities, Sameer works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors and clients to turn project plans into reliable, high-performing solar installations. His role is integral to Prabhat’s mission of expanding quality solar infrastructure and driving sustainable energy adoption across diverse regions.
